Born in Colombia, based in Boston. I hold a B.S. in UX/UI from Lesley University and have worked across B2C startups, service design, and marketing — from early-stage product concepts to shipped features used by real people.
I believe design is only as good as the behavior it changes. My approach starts with understanding people — their habits, frustrations, and motivations — then designing systems that meet them where they are. I care most about the problems that sit at the intersection of complexity and everyday life.
