• Airport travel is overwhelming for solo parents with young children. parents must juggle luggage, manage security checkpoints, find food, and keep overstimulated children calm — all in a fast-paced, high-stress environment like logan airport. • Existing airport services fall short. while airports invest in self-service kiosks, biometrics, and vip lounges, these solutions do not cater to the specific needs of solo parents or help make the journey engaging or easier for young children. • Parents feel stressed; children feel overstimulated or bored. drop-off areas are chaotic, security lines are intimidating, and waiting areas lack child-friendly activities — making the airport experience difficult before the trip even begins.
